All participants on the Alpha Shipmanagement in house training courses are paid to take part in this important training. It should be noted that Alpha Shipmanagement runs three four day in house training courses for all Officers and Cadets each year which equates to around 240 Officers and cadets being trained each year. Alpha Shipmanagement has a very long standing and proactive attitude towards training and has been doing so since the company started – one of the first companies to ever start in-house training courses for all Officers and Cadets.
