All the ships have very high capacity, on-board cranes and automatic stabiliser systems, state-of-the-art communication and navigation systems ... and high speeds of up to 22knots.

Cutting-edge technology has a corresponding price tag that is soon repaid – thanks to shorter voyages, greater cargo capacity and maximum safety. Expensive ships no longer waste valuable time in ports, but can concentrate almost without interruption on their real purpose – namely transporting goods from A to B. Voyage times are shortened, which means that the ALPHA SHIP vessels can make round trips faster and hence more frequently and more efficiently.

There are three types of our container ship - PLANETTYPE, ASTROTYPE I, ASTROTYPE II.

The vessels of the 8125 and 8138 series provide a substantially higher deadweight than all other vessels of the same TEU size, i.e. higher transport capacity, appreciated by the charterers due to more well paying loaded containers.

All ALPHA SHIP vessels provide service speeds beyond the required speed of charterers, enabling them to compensate for unforeseen losses of time in ports during longer seavoyages with the result of higher reliability and less rescheduling costs.

A higher reefer capacity supports customers' demand to utilize container vessels for increased shipments of meat, frozen juice, desideous, bananas and other reefer cargo.

Requirments:

Master age limit 55, good English, Container experience not less than 1500,- TEU, ISM, ISPS knowledge

Chief Officer max. 50 years old, good English, Containers - not less than 1000,- TEU, ISM, ISPS knowledge

Second Officer max. 40 years old, good English, container vessels experience - 6 months minimum, ISM, ISPS knowledge

Third Officer max. 35 years old, good English, ISM knowledge

Fourth Officer max. 35 years old, good English, ISM knowledge, higher education




Chief Engineer age limit 55, good speaking English, knowledge of ISM, ISPS. Experience on 2 stroke, slow running engines (preferably MAN B&W)

Second Engineer age limit 50, good speaking English, knowledge of ISM, ISPS. Experience on 2 stroke, slow running engines (preferably MAN and B&W)

Third Engineer max. 40 years old, good English, experience in position of Third Engineer not less than 12 months

Fourth Engineer max. 35 years old, good English, higher education



Boatswain max. 45 years old, good English, experience on container vessels, ISM knowledge

Able Seaman max. 45 years old, good English, container vessels experience preferably

Electrician max. 50 years old, good English, knowledge of maintenance of reefer containers

Assistant Electrician max. 35 years old, good English, knowledge of maintenance of reefer containers

Motorman/Welder - Motorman/Turner max. 45 years old, good English, first class motorman, gas + electric welder, experience in this position 6 months minimum




Chief Cook max. 45 years old, good English, experience in Cook's position 18 months minimum, knowledge of European kitchens

Steward max. 45 years old, good English, preferably with doctor's diploma
